Pay by Mail

To pay by mail, please follow these instructions:

1. Make your check or money order payable to: Pinnacle Law Group of CA, Inc.
2. Include the reference number for your debt on the memo portion of your check or money order. (The reference number for your debt can be found on the upper right hand corner of the notice you received from our office.)
3. Mail your check or money order to the following address:

   Studio City, CA 91604

Once you make this payment: your debt will be satisfied in full; you will be taken out of collections; your credit will not be affected; no further actions are necessary; and no refunds shall be given.

Any person who writes a check which is dishonored (bounced) for lack of funds or due to a closed account can be held liable for a penalty equal to three times the amount of the check, plus the face value of the check. The minimum penalty is $100 and the maximum penalty is $1500 (See California Civil Code section 1719).
